I recently was able to be a guest on Geek Devotions. My episode topic was focused on Star Wars and how fans’ constant comparisons of the prequels and newer Disney films to the “perfection” of the original trilogy remind me of how people invent extra-biblical standards and place them on other believers and the Church. No single believer or church, including you or yours, is going to be perfect, but that doesn’t mean that your imperfection can’t be used by God.
